The Challenge
Current Smart TV ecosystems often prioritize features over usability, making advanced functions difficult to discover and use. Our challenge was to design an experience that felt intuitive for adults aged 45–65 while encouraging shared activities, content exchange, and social engagement.
My Role
I contributed to the UX research, user journey mapping, user flows, information architecture, and usability testing phases. I also participated in wireframing, interaction design decisions, and the development of the final high-fidelity prototype, helping translate research insights into a cohesive multi-device experience.
Outcome
LG Together demonstrates how user-centered design can transform a familiar device into a platform for connection. By focusing on shared experiences rather than individual consumption, the project reimagines the Smart TV as a catalyst for conversation, participation, and collective memory-making.

LG TOGETHER
LG Together is a redesign of the LG Smart TV experience that transforms television from a passive media device into a shared social platform. By introducing collaborative features such as Group Mode, memory sharing, and multiplayer activities, the system encourages meaningful interactions between family and friends during in-person gatherings.
